  • DC Water Sewer System Evaluation Study (SSES) – Phase I Nicholson Street Area: The responsibility of AES encompassed executing Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspections on designated sewer pipes ranging from 8 inches to 12 inches. The purpose was to assess the existence of any cross-connections with storm sewers or alternative entry points that enable water to ingress into the sewer system. Additionally, AES conducted comprehensive inspections of manholes, employed flow monitoring techniques in specific strategic manholes to accurately identify areas experiencing high flow rates, conducted smoke testing to identify potential stormwater entry locations, and utilized dye water to locate specific points of stormwater infiltration that were difficult to identify otherwise.

  • DC Water Emergency Sewer Main IR&R: This contract encompasses a comprehensive range of essential services involving emergency repairs and replacement of sewer main infrastructure at multiple locations across the District of Columbia. AES has been entrusted to execute a wide array of tasks, including meticulous cleaning of sewer lines, both light and heavy; conducting thorough CCTV inspections of sewer and stormwater mains; facilitating the rehabilitation of sewer and stormwater manholes; conducting lateral inspections; and efficiently managing traffic control measures, all in strict adherence to the esteemed NASSCO standards. The scope of work covers pipes ranging from 21 inches to 45 inches, with an impressive achievement of cleaning and inspecting approximately 85,793 linear feet to date.

  • City of Baltimore Sanitary Contract 1003 Cleaning and Inspection: Sewer Contract 1003 encompasses a comprehensive scope that involves the meticulous cleaning and inspection of sanitary sewers and laterals. The contract entails specialized grease treatments, as needed, spanning an extensive length of over 170,000 linear feet, encompassing sanitary sewers ranging from 8 inches to 34 inches in diameter. The contract also incorporates the performance of root cutting activities and television inspection services, accompanied by rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) review processes in strict adherence to the NASSCO standards.

  • WSSC15884/7342: Cleaning and CCTV Inspection Services: AES was contracted to undertake a comprehensive suite of services, encompassing meticulous cleaning and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection of an extensive network totaling 304,350 linear feet. These existing sanitary sewer mains, spanning diameters from 6 inches to 66 inches, are strategically positioned within diverse settings, including residential zones, areas of high vehicular activity, verdant rights-of-way, and proximity to watercourses, spanning across Prince George's and Montgomery Counties, Maryland.
